In Manhattan, care happens in apartments and co-ops, with doormen, elevators, and home attendants in the picture. Our clinicians work inside that reality: visits that fit building access, coordination with aides and family who split shifts, and communication back to the physicians many Manhattan patients already have.
We treat pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, and manage wound VACs at home, alongside home-based primary care for the conditions underneath.
