Queens spreads care across houses, garden apartments, and towers, and getting to a clinic can mean two buses and a car service. We remove the trip entirely. Clinicians come to the home or facility with what the visit needs, and the plan is written for whoever does the daily care.
We treat pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, and manage wound VACs at home, alongside home-based primary care for the conditions underneath.
