Nassau's senior population is large and largely suburban, which makes travel the quiet enemy of wound healing: every clinic visit needs a driver, and missed visits become missed weeks. We flip it. The clinician drives, the patient heals at home, and the family stops building their week around appointments.
We treat pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, and manage wound VACs at home, alongside home-based primary care for the conditions underneath.
