Suffolk distances are real: the county runs east for more than sixty miles, and the drive to specialty care gets longer as the need gets greater. Our clinicians cover western and central Suffolk on regular routes, bringing wound care and home-based primary care to houses, senior communities, and facilities.
We treat pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, and manage wound VACs at home, alongside home-based primary care for the conditions underneath.
