Westchester care runs from Yonkers apartment towers to single-family homes in the northern towns, with a dense network of senior living communities in between. We visit all of it, and we coordinate closely with the county's home care agencies and the physicians who know these patients.
We treat pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, and manage wound VACs at home, alongside home-based primary care for the conditions underneath.
